Amicus Committee
The Amicus Committee identifies appellate cases that could significantly impact receivership law and practice and, where appropriate, drafts and files amicus curae briefs on behalf of NAFER. These briefs support positions of importance to federal equity receivers and help educate courts about the legal and policy benefits of protecting and promoting effective federal equity receivership law.
