NAFER Brief Bank
NAFER is happy to announce the creation of the Brief Bank, which is a members-only resource intended to provide access to a wide range of pleadings that have been used in other receivership cases. The Brief Bank will allow members to view pleadings from various stages of a receivership case, ranging from the opening motions to appoint a receiver and corresponding orders to third-party litigation, claims process, and the closing of a receivership.
If you have sample pleadings you would like to share to the Brief Bank, please email them to briefbank@nafer.org for consideration.
DISCLAIMER:
The Brief Bank consists of voluntary submissions from members and is intended as an educational resource for NAFER members. NAFER has not performed any independent analysis or research into, nor does NAFER endorse or otherwise approve of any position taken in, any document in the Brief Bank. Members are encouraged to perform their own due diligence into any Brief Bank document, and agree that their use of the Brief Bank shall serve as their agreement not to hold NAFER liable or otherwise responsible for any issues arising from their use of the Brief Bank. For any questions or comments, please contact briefbank@nafer.org.
