Publications Committee

The Publications Committee produces NAFER’s twice-a-year printed newsletter, The Receiver, for distribution to members. The Publications Committee solicits Board and member input on the issues and problems facing receivers. Members of the Committee contribute articles (or find contributors to submit items) on legal, financial and management issues, tips for practitioners, member accomplishments, etc., and they provide peer review of proposed articles.
