The National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER) is the preeminent organization for federal equity receivers, their professionals, and others seeking to become involved in federal equity receivership work. NAFER is dedicated to providing excellent receivership education and networking opportunities and instilling confidence in those selecting NAFER receivers and their professionals.

NAFER is looking forward to its 13th Annual Conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Santa Barbara, CA, October 27 – 30, 2024. Make plans to connect with your fellow NAFER members, receivers, their attorneys and other professionals, judges and regulators, and learn about trending issues in the receivership industry. This year the conference kicks off on Sunday, October 27 at 1:00 PM with education sessions and a welcome reception. Stay through until Wednesday morning when our education sessions will wrap up at 10:00 AM.

NAFER’s 13th Annual Conference will be held at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, CA.

Hotel Rate
NAFER has secured a special rate of $389 for October 26 – 30, 2024. To ensure you receive this special rate, be sure to book your room before October 4, 2024. All attendees will be charged a reduced resort fee of $35/day. This fee includes the following:

Wireless, high-speed internet access in guest rooms and common areas
Daily One hour access to private, professional grade clay tennis courts, including rackets, tennis ball machine use, and 30 minute tennis clinic with pro (2 people)
Daily Water Aerobics classes for 2 people, including water aerobics equipment
Ambassadors of the Environment Guided Ecohike Tour (2 people)
Daily bike rental for 2 people, max 2 hours per day
Guided beach walk

Room Taxes include 12% Occupancy Tax, plus 2% nightly Tourism Business Improvement District Assessment in local, state, and tourism fees, plus 0.3% nightly California Travel and Tourism tax. All Taxes are subject to change at any time without notice.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
The Ritz-Carlton Bacara has a 14-day cancellation policy. If cancelled within 14 days, guests will be charged a cancellation fee of one night stay incl. room rate and taxes.
